“Sleep”
Are you happy with your sleeping pattern? Do you wake up tired instead of refreshed and renewed? Lack of sleep could be caused by many reasons, for example, stress, caffeine, drugs, alcohol consumption, and not treating sleep disorders like insomnia, and sleep apnea.
Getting good sleep can benefit your overall body and mind; it reduces stress and lowers the risk of health issues. It improves energy, mood, and the way you perform at work or school since you can think clearly when rested.
There are some things you can do for better sleep; some people like to work out at night; changing that routine to the morning may help. Also getting the room to a comfortable environment, free of light, and noise, and eliminating the use of electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed. Additionally, if you like tea, you can also enjoy a warm cup of tea as you get ready to go to bed.
Getting good sleep is an important part of your overall health, together with a balanced diet and exercise routine.
